Before contacting support

For Game Center sign-in, invitations, friends, achievements, or leaderboard issues, first confirm that Game Center is enabled in iOS Settings and that you are signed in with the Apple Account you want to use for multiplayer.

Multiplayer

Jacks Wild uses Apple Game Center for turn-based multiplayer. The app does not use custom party codes, custom multiplayer accounts, or a custom multiplayer backend.
